Directs and oversees all aspects of Brenton Hotel’s food and beverage operation, the Living Room, In Room Dining, Mini Bar Program, Picnic’s, the Roof Top, and private group events. Duties to include staffing, retention, payroll management, scheduling, menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Identify marketing opportunities to promote food and beverage products. The food and beverage director reports to the Director of Operations and is part of the hotel’s executive committee.
